Brand Manifestos

My favorite part of the brand identity process

Mianonna (Formerly Della Nonna)

In this family

We’re serving more than authentic Italian food.

We’re setting the table with tradition.

Filling our plates with a rich history.

And coming together over a legacy

Della Nonna.

Born in the small town of Minturno

On the coast of Italy,

Giovanna Milano was raised on a recipe

Of authentic flavors and strong, Italian heritage.

That’s why her pursuit of the American Dream

Was never about leaving her roots in “The Boot”

But sharing them with the world.

So, she made her way to the states and down to Texas.

From the sea to the valley,

It was here

The Rio Grande Valley

Where Nonna earned a reputation for her recipes,

Found a flair for her food

And built so much more than a home.

She began a legacy.

Within her walls

Every guest had a seat at the table.

And each new recipe wasn’t finished

Until it was fit for family.

And at a table

thousands of miles outside of Italy,

New memories

And new traditions

Were hand-crafted to last

For generations to come.

Today, sixty years later,

we’re bringing the Italian countryside

Within arm’s reach.

Delivering the heart of Italy,

with a kick of Rio Grande

From our table

To yours.

Our recipes

Our family

Our legacy

Shared with the world

Della Nonna.

Vadara Quartz Countertops

Movement, patterns and chance.

When it comes down to it,

All of our lives are marked by these three things.

It is these defining moments that make every life beautifully unique.

And these aesthetic touches that make every Vadara quartz surface

An integral part of its surroundings.

No two surfaces are the same.

Because we know

No two homes are alike.

So, each piece is handcrafted.

Drawing inspiration from nature and the home around it.

Every marking—each vein—branches out and runs wild

Winding around like footprints throughout the day.

And touching all of those unique moments in life,

Are beautiful surfaces upon which we rest.

At the kitchen counter

We catch up over coffee with an old friend.

We blow out the candles.

We pass on family recipes, practice our spelling,

Laugh with a glass of wine.

There’s a solid base that supports us,

when moments are bigger than what’s on the surface.

An “I love you” sticky note, scattered crumbs, dried tears.

If the heart of the home is the kitchen,

Our quartz surfaces are the steady comfort.

The stability of home. The cornerstone of every moment.

And even beyond the heart

Little moments are happening everywhere.

The backsplash behind each splash in the tub.

The desk beneath every desktop folder.

The vanity behind the very first date.

On the surface,

These little moments

Might not seem like much.

But on the surface

Our surfaces

These moments are made into memories.

Homestead 36 Farms

It’s said that history repeats itself.

The world goes ‘round.

Seasons change.

Life regenerates.

But at Homestead 36, we’ve left the farming practices of yesterday

in the dust.

We’re choosing restorative agriculture,

no-till methods

and chemical-free processes.

We’re nurturing the land back to its natural state.

And letting the earth do what it does best.

So that our impact on the soil

is no impact at all.

And by affecting farming practices for the better,

we create an effect for generations to come.

Regenerating the health of our land and people.

And restoring the hope of a future filled with family farms.

We believe there is value in rhythm, in sequences, in cycles.

As a family farm with century-long agricultural roots, we understand the importance of passing something on from one generation to the next.

But we believe “that’s how it’s always been done” isn’t how it has to be done.

We learn. We adapt. We grow.

And it’s here at Homestead 36 where family, farming and the future of agriculture meet.

Where history isn’t just learned

It teaches.

Because at this family farm,

Traditions are changing.

We’re groundbreakers,

In the field and in the fields.

We sow the seeds of tomorrow,

In our soil and in practice.

And at Homestead 36,

We’re writing history worth repeating.

Caliber Collision (Internal)

A house and a home are built the same way.

A foundation is laid.

Pillars are raised.

A roof is set.

When all is said and done, you have a structure—but how do you give it a heart?

A house and a home are built the same way,

But the Caliber Home has a rhythm all of its own.

Our foundation is laid—not with concrete, but with Core Values.

The solid ground beneath your feet is not plywood, but Passion.

Individually, our pillars stand strong and provide support to the structure around them.

But, together—these principles lift us up into a position to drive change.

Our roof is set—our Purpose, Vision and Mission are held high for all too see, knowing that we have our customers and teammates covered, no matter where their road takes them.

See, a home is not only built.

It’s made—by the people who call it home. By a family.

And in Caliber’s case, a family that’s growing.

Four distinct brands, united under one roof, united by one name.

This home is where we come together, strengthened as one.

Here, our Caliber Family thrives.

Transforms.

Restores.

This rhythm, this family, is what makes our house a home.
